Are you having a wedding function in a hotel which has a late licence and do you want dancing till the bitter end? If so, you can add additional time to your package.
You don't have to just hear your favourite floor fillers at your big event, you can watch them again too with one of our video screens, showing the tunes you remember.

Our standard package provides you with a state of the art 2.5Kw sound system, able to serve a room of up to 300 people, with a digital lighting system and an extensive music library with the ability to download any special requests on the fly. Compared to the competition this is a brilliant package for the price but it doesn’t stop there, you can add anything from colour themed lighting, to smoke, bubbles and even snow. If money truly isn’t an issue then go the whole hog and add a large LCD screen for the full on video DJ experience.
All our packages include the cost of travel to and from your event, plus all reasonable set up and removal times for the equipment. In general all the packages give you your very own DJ for 5 hours, however extra time can be bought for an additional fee. Basically whatever you need we can make it happen.
We pride ourselves on our personal service from start to finish and this is exactly what you will get when booking your wedding package through us. Whether it’s your evening function or for the whole day we will be on hand to help you plan the entertainment for your big day from start to finish. We are not a faceless DJ agency so you won’t be stung with any hidden extras or agency fees, just the agreed cost which will provide you with the following services:

Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We have been operating since November 2014, however as a team we have over 60 years of radio and club DJ experience, so you can guarantee you are going to get a professional who actually knows what they are doing.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, anyone who works with us must have fully up to date public liability insurance at a minimum level of 2 million pounds, so you can book in complete safety.
Q, Is your Equipment safe?
A: Yes totally. We use only the latest audio and lighting equipment which is all tested to current legal standards.
Q, What events can we book you for?
A: We are up for almost anything, whether it’s a wedding for 300, or a private party for 20! Whatever the celebration, we can provide the package you need.
Q: What do your prices include?
A: The prices of all our basic packages include a DJ for up to 5 hours. This also includes the extra time required for all reasonable set up and removal of equipment, plus transport to and from the event.
Q: Can we pay for extra time over and above the specified 5 hours?
A: Yes, you can buy extra time for your event at a cost of £50 per hour.
Q: When we book, is there a contract?
A: Yes, everyone who books must sign one of our booking contracts, which is a legal agreement between Apex Entertainment and the client. This contract is for both parties, making sure that for example if one of us becomes unwell, your event will in no way be at risk.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, all of our bookings are secured by a non refundable £100 desposit to be paid immediately on completion of the booking process.
Q: When is the final balance of any payment due?
A: Any outstanding balance of payment must be made 7 days in advance of the event. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Q: What does your basic package include?
A: All our basic packages include a 2.5KW sound system with the latest in digital lighting rigs, plus music all played from laptop.
Q: Can clients choose their own music for an event?
A: Yes! Clients can be as hands on or off as they like, picking every single tune for an event, or just relying on the ability of the DJ provided to stick to any prearranged brief, and play music to suit the crowd.
Q: Can guests at our wedding pick music to be played?
A: Yes, as part of our online booking system, there is an area where your guests can review our database of tunes, and suggest favourite tracks to be played during your event.
